Our Cumboto cacao beans grow in the fertile lands around Lake Valencia, Venezuela, from certified organic Criollo and Trinitario cacao. We process them raw, without roasting, to preserve enzymes, nutrients and a sweet, enveloping aromatic profile: plum, peach, vanilla and caramel.
